Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk @ 80%

Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Clean Pull + Clean & Jerk @ 85-90%

Three sets of:
Strict Press x 10 @11X1 (Pause on shoulders for 1 sec. each rep, as heavy as you can handle.)
Rest 60-90 seconds
Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Barbell Row x 10 reps @ 2111
Rest 60-90 seconds
Weighted Plank x 60 seconds
Rest 60-90 seconds

Aim for each set to be slightly more than last week if possible.
