If you've noticed there is not a class schedule for Friday, 26th.  (12:00pm-5:30pm) 
With the size of our box, we can only accommodate 2 athletes at a time.  Feel free to come cheer!
Below are times that we'll start the workouts. 

*Reply in the comments section with your name and time!
*Please read through the comments to make sure you are not the 3RD person to sign up for that time slot.
*Please come EARLY or ON TIME to warm-up and get your heart rate up!
*THESE ARE START and FINISH TIMES! Warm-ups should be done between the last finish time and your start time.
