7 Power Cleans " "
8 KB Swings 55/35# (70/55#)
9 Toes to bar
10 Front Rack Rev Lunges
11 Ring Dips
12 Bear Complex**

*SHSPU if possible.  If you do not have any hspu, perform Stink bug push-ups.
**Bear Complex - 1 Power clean, 1 front squat, 1 shoulder to O.H., 1 Backsquat, 1 Shoulder to overhead.
