6 Week Strength and Conditioning Camp
Every Tuesday & Thursday @3:30pm (after school)
September- 19th, 21st, 26th, 28th
October- 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th
Optimize your strength, speed, power, agility and many more general physical skills during our strength and conditioning camp. Ketchikan CrossFit's goal is to provide you the personal coaching and programming to help achieve your sports goal through proper coaching, planning and training. Each "Athlete" will be provided their own training program tailored towards their need and sport.
WHO'S IT FOR:
7th-12th grade students (12-18 years of age)
HOW IT WORKS:
After you go through the testing period, our coaches assess your strengths and weaknesses and design a program to suit your specific needs. (day 1 & 2 of camp)

There are plenty of gyms on the island. At Ketchikan CrossFit, we are a strength and conditioning facility with coaches that focus on athletic development. Your speed, endurance, strength, and power will all improve faster because we meticulously plan every single progression, interval, and other aspect of the program for you. We also include a balanced warm-up that consists of injury prevention and movement prep exercises. That way you can focus on becoming the best athlete you can, while we focus on getting you there.
