Ketchikan CrossFit Fundamentals is your introduction to the world of CrossFit, preparing you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. Completing 4 1:1 private (or small group) training sessions is required prior to entry into regularly scheduled group CrossFit classes. Adjustments may be made if you already have experience working out in a CrossFit environment. Everything we do at Ketchikan CrossFit focuses on quality of instruction, safety, technique and form; therefore, Fundamentals training is required for entry into our regular Group Classes.Ketchikan CrossFit Fundamentals
- The Fundamentals program is curriculum-based
- Teaches basic movements, correct form, proper technique and skill development.
- Structure includes a warm up, movement assessment, workout and stretching each session.
- The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately in your hands, the degree that you push yourself is up to you.
During the sessions you will be introduced to the philosophy of CrossFit, warm-up and nutrition basics. You will also be taught the essential movements needed to safely and successfully join our enthusiastic CrossFit community. Our coaches and members alike will be encouraging you on at Ketchikan CrossFit
*Fundamentals: Tuesday and Thursday @3:30p or 6:30p. We can work around your schedule if necessary.
